Course objectives
The International Food & Beverage Management – English Course is designed to train future professionals capable of managing restaurants, hotels, resorts, catering companies and international hospitality businesses.
Throughout the programme, students will develop technical, managerial and digital skills while strengthening their English language proficiency, enabling them to confidently work in multicultural and international environments.
The course focuses on innovation, sustainability, customer experience, food culture and digital transformation, preparing graduates to meet the evolving demands of the global tourism and hospitality industry.

Admission is based on a competitive selection process, and only the top 25 candidates will be enrolled.
Programme Structure
The course lasts two academic years and combines classroom learning with extensive workplace experience.
Classes are held from Monday to Friday in the afternoon.

Students will study subjects including:
• International Food & Beverage Management
• Hospitality Management • Revenue Management
• Digital Marketing for Tourism
• Food & Wine Culture • Business Management
• Event Management
• Sustainability in Hospitality • Customer Experience
• Business English
• 800 hours of internship
Students will complete a guaranteed internship in hotels, restaurants, resorts, hospitality companies and international food & beverage businesses in Italy or abroad.
Our faculty
More than 70% of our lecturers are industry professionals currently working in leading hospitality, tourism and food & beverage companies.
The remaining faculty members are university professors and academic experts.
Thanks to this combination of academic excellence and practical expertise, students receive training that reflects the real needs of today’s international job market.
All classes are delivered in English.
Admission
The admission consists of three stages:
• Stage 1: Evaluation of academic qualifications and certifications held
• Stage 2: Written test covering: General knowledge, English test, Text comprehension)
• Stage 3: Individual motivational interview
Only the top 25 applicants will be admitted to the programme.
Tuition Fees
The programme is completely free of charge, thanks to funding provided by the Italian Ministry of Education and the Lazio Regional Government.
There are no tuition fees for admitted students.
Qualification Awarded
Upon successful completion of the programme, students will receive the official Higher Technical Diploma (EQF Level 5), recognised throughout Italy and the European Union.
The qualification allows graduates to:
• Work in Italy and abroad
• Access international career opportunities
• Apply for public sector competitions where applicable
• Obtain university credit recognition through partner universities
